HARMONY for the Future

Parametric surfaces for molecular calculations and visualization is a ripe area for further investigation. Future work includes:

• Applications to protein-ligand docking.
• Application to surfaces with handles (genus greater than 0).
• Application to the representation of ligand conformational spaces.
• Performance improvements.

These additions should make parametric representations the method of choice for many molecular applications.
