HARMONY is composed of the following modules:
- tri
-
Does consistency checks on MSMS surfaces.
Reports genus and triangle statistics, and prunes small triangles.
- tmap
-
Maps surface to a sphere.
- makemap
-
Computes rectangular integration grid in spherical coordinates.
- fitsurf
-
Computes spherical harmonic expansion coefficients using integration grid.
- mksurf
-
Computes spherical harmonic surfaces from coefficients.
Auxiliary tools not part of HARMONY include:
- msms
-
Computes molecular surfaces from atom coordinates and atom radii.
- AVS
-
The data-flow visualization system from AVS Inc.
- AVStool
-
A programmable Perl interface to AVS.
- AVStk
-
An experimental implementation of AVStool in TCL/TK.
(Many thanks to Joel O. Yng for the initial translation.)
- mkavsheader
-
An AWK script to generate AVS field header files from HARMONY output.
