prepare_dpf.py and prepare_dpf4.py
prepare_ligand.py and prepare_ligand4.py

These scripts create input files for different versions of autodock:
--prepare_ligand.py and prepare_dpf.py create input files for autodock3, an older version of autodock.
--prepare_ligand4.py and prepare_dpf42.py create input files for autodock4.2.3, the most recent version
