Hi everybody,

Running AutoLigand via the command line produced - in my case - the following error message

"Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/Library/MGLTools/1.5.4/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools/AutoLigand.py", line 16, in <module>
from numpy.oldnumeric import zeros
ImportError: No module named numpy.oldnumeric"

Running it via the GUI produced the following

"Running: /Library/MGLTools/1.5.4/bin/python /Library/MGLTools/1.5.4/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools/AutoLigand.py 1ooh_ed1 150 47.368 17.626 23.948
total grid points = 103823
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/Library/MGLTools/1.5.4/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools/AutoLigand.py", line 1357, in <module>
lastOP = OUTlist[0]
IndexError: list index out of range"

I'd appreciate any ideas on how to solve this problem.

Hi gtzotzos,

have you tried to update ADT? This seems to be a problem related to an old version of the code.
