Hi,
I am using autodoc for the first time and I am also unfamiliar with Linux. I am running autodock on Ubuntu 11.10. I have been trying to do the tutorial and I am following the procedure exactly. However I am getting stuck at running autogrid. Seems like autogrid throws up a syntax error "unterminated quoted string". I am not sure what all information is needed but here is the error message I get. Also I was not able to save the edited macromolecule pdb file. I could however save the pdbqt files.

Run AutoDockTools from /home/borna/Downloads/mgltools_x86_64Linux2_1.5.4/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools
