i m getting problems in creating glg file for quadruplex DNA and ligand. when ran the autogrid i gave an error like " Unknown receptor type: "K"
-- Add parameters for it to the parameter library first! "
means it is unable to recognize the potassium ions present in the quadruplex DNA.
please help me here..
