Hello,
i'm a 3D modeler, not a scientist ^^
i'm using C4D R12 and i've install correctly your plugin ePMV.
It's works :)

Now I wanted to modelize Carbamazepine/Tegretol in 3D:
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbamaz%C3%A9pine

But i don't know how to do what with ePMV
Should I find a pdb file or something else, or can i enter the code of the carbamazepine ?

Thx for your help

Hello,
ePMV support the .mol2 format. You can find the structure of your molecule in the ZINC database, and download the mol2 file.

http://zinc11.docking.org/fget.pl?l=0&z=76579889&f=m

let me know if you were able to get your molecule.

try to find their ID and search for them. if you dont find any structure, try to get the smile string, and then convert it to mol2 or other 3d format.
