can you manually update ePMV. Get the zip file here :
Remove the two folders ePMV and uPy from the MGLToolsPckgs folder of your existing ePMV plugin folder.
Download the latest ePMV here : [url]mgldev.scripps.edu/projects/ePMV/DISTRIB/ePMV-0.4.zip[/url]
Extract the two folders ePMV and uPy to the MGLToolsPckgs folder of your existing ePMV plugin folder.
this fix a problem related to one of the libraries.
Try again, but before launching the plugin, in the console window please check all the first four checkbox under the History menu.
this will give more information on the error
