Friends,
I have installed recent Blender version 2.6a at ~/blender_26a
Then i installed MGL tools version 1.5.6.rc2 at ~/MGL_1.5.6
Then i downloaded the epmv zip files and placed epmv and pyubic inside MGLpckg directory. When i try to install the epmv install_plugin.py, i get the following error. I am getting a problem of importing Blender.

I have also set the PYTHONPATH to ~/blender_26a/260/python directory. Kindly write me how i can resolve the problem.
