Ok, I did as you described.
Python patched to 2.6.6. and copied to the res directory, renamed to Python.win32.framework.
Python.win32.framework.original is already in res directory.
I found a file named patched in F:\Programme\Maxon\Cinema 4D 12\resource\modules\python\res

Started C4D in 32-bit version. Result is shown on the screenshot.
When starting C4D it shows a runtime error in cinema4d.exe: R6034 "An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly"
C4D starts anyway.

Thanks for your strong help

Ok a new problem.
As you have installed python2.6.6 32 bits you shouldnt see this error, so we need to go further and see whats going on.
- search for a file call python26.dll and tell me where you find it. usually in c:\windows\system32
- search for the file call mscvr90.dll
- can you install the miscrosoft redistribuable http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/d ... laylang=en
- in C4D python console can you type theses command :
import sys
for p in sys.path: print p
import numpy
import mslib
from UTpackages.UTisocontour import isocontour

and let me know what it tell you for all of them.

can you remove numpy in the MGLToolsPckgs directory in order to use the one you install directly.
be sure to got numpy in F:\\Programme\\MAXON\\CINEMA 4D R12\\resource\\modules\\python\\res\\Python.win32.framework\\Lib\\site-packages
or F:\\Programme\\MAXON\\CINEMA 4D R12\\resource\\modules\\python\\res\\Python.win32.framework\\lib\\site-packages

What did say c4d in python console now after starting
and if you type
import numpy
