Hi Ludovic,

Quote:
If you want to render it, simply paste a Curve circle (with a really small radius) in the Bevel Object (BevObj) of the Curve (extrusion). then you should be able to see it render

I would like to do it, but if I do, I get a mesh that weighs down the stage and crashes my computer

Is there a way to render directly to the lines to be lighter on the scene?

I am not aware of one. If you find one let me know.

the only way is to extrude them, either using an object or just in one direction.
To reduce the resulting extruded object resolution, make a low resolution circle mesh.

Hi Ludovic,

Yes, actually there is no other way.

So, select the object, and go to / object data panel / geometry / bevel (depth and resolution)

here you can set the line width.

To make a mesh, press ALT+C and select "mesh from curves".

Bye,

enzo
