Post subject:  Raccoon: Multiple protein single ligand docking

Dear Friends,
I want to use raccoon package for docking between multiple proteins (conformers) and single ligand docking. I am stuck with creation of .gpf & .dgf files. In my case, all the proteins having same binding site (because they are different conformers of same protein). Is their any way through which i can create a common unique .gpf & .dgf template file which work for all docking jobs in Raccoon??

regards
Rohan
