Post subject:  Protein-peptide docking support in raccoon

Hello MGL forum members,

I am new to structural bioinformatics, need to know whether raccoon supports protein-peptide docking?

I have tried giving two attached peptides ("1ag7", "1ad7") as input to raccoon, but it isn't accepting them. On contrary, when i docked attached ligand named "CompC" with receptor, and it was successfully accepted.

Looking to hear from you!
