Hi,

We are trying to run autodock on a linux (CentOS4.3) cluster. We are able to generate the virtual screening script (VS_submit.sh) with raccoon. but when we are trying to run the script, its showing "Floating point exception". same version of MGL tool we could run on a centOS workstation. Can anybody suggest the possible solutions?

It seems the binaries of AutoDock that are installed on your cluster don't match its architecture (i.e. 64bit vs 32bit).
If that's the case you can try to install 32bit compatibility libraries on your cluster or simply recompile AutoDock on it to be sure it matches the architecture.

Hope this helps,

Stefano
