hi administrator,
I WAS confused about the gpf template. i got 1000 ligands and one receptor, how to prepare the gpf template? the gpf template refer to receptor or ligand?

The GPF template is used for obtaining the center and the size of the grid box.
Then it will be used to generate the GPF for all the ligands during the generation phase.

Use ADT to set up the grid box around your binding site, save it and use it as a template in Racoon.

Hi stefano,
Thanks a lot. another problem appear,i have set all the parameters for the raccoon, in last step,"set directory", it always tell me the directory is not accessible.i don't know why?

Hi jybackup

you should provide more details about your operative system. Also, you should check you have the permissions to read and write in the specified path. Try to generate the files on your Desktop, for example, and see how it goes.

On the other hand, if your system is using a non-Latin locale (Chinese, for example) there are known problems to access directories. This is going to be fixed in the next release of Raccoon.
