Do I need to change my pathname to a different form instead of C:/Users/Phil/The Scripps Research Institute/Autodock/4.2.6/autogrid4.exe? I receive the following error every time regardless of which path I use: 'C:\Users\Phil\The' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I tried putting all of the necessary ingredients along the same path more or less but received the same results. I am not familiar with using command prompt as I am using Autodock with only the aid of the tutorial and what limited answers I found on the forum. Will I need to change my path environment on my computer in the advanced system settings? I found that other programs produced a similar answer and their solution was to change the path environment of their computer but I don't have the experience to do this without possibly messing up my computer.
