Somewhere there is a list of all the pre-defined map types available in autodock tools. Can someone tell me where it is because I can't find it. Thanks!

Can you tell us what exactly maps are you looking for? Because I never seen any map in autodock.

Auto Grid is a program that per-calculate the grids map of interaction energies for various atom types. These grid maps are then used by Auto Dock docking calculations to determine the total interaction energy for a ligand with a macro molecule. Doing this pre-calculation saves a lot time during the docking.
