Hi, this is probably a ver silly question, but I'm trying to build an RNA molecule using the biopolymer tool of Sybyl. I know I should build an A-RNA, but Sybyl also has AP monomers, and I'm curious as to what this AP is. I looked on google and the Sybyl Help/Manual but nothing really came up appart from a paper that says AP is a 2'O aminopropyl modification... but this could just be a coincidence in nomenclature. Any insight from you? thanks in advance.
