I have a ligand with molecular weight 527.0 and for that I am getting a Binding Energy of 66900000.0. Is this value acceptable?

It will be of great help if my question is answered as I am new user of ADT.

Thank you.

Can you please specify the units, because its all based on that!

The energy is in the units of Kcal/mol

The binding energy that you have reported is 66900000.0, which doesn't seem to be correct!
Two possible reasons for why it doesn't seem to be acceptable is:
1. Binding energy is normally expressed in negative terms. The lower the value, better is the binding.
2. Even if it was negative, the value itself is very high (actually low); which means there is very very tight binding between the ligand and the receptor. So, you can see your result and analyse whether there is such a strong binding! I have never gone through any data with such high binding energy.
