autodock4 installation problem

Hi,
I used cygwin to install autodock4. I am having problem in the last step where I am supposed to open another cygwin window and type "which autodock4". I am receiving a message which states, "which: no autodock.exe in </usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32:/cygdrive/....etc."

I checked for autodock4.exe in c:\cigwin\usr\local\bin and it is there along with autogrid4.exe.

Please tell me how to fix this?

i also encounter the same problem...i don't know what happen. could anyone pls explain why we got that message after type in "which autodock4" ??
