how to install PyRx-0.9-Linux-x86-Install on my centos x86-6

My OS is centos6.4 x86-64. i am use the commnd yum install firefox.i686 , and then i perform ./PyRx-0.9-Linux-x86-Install . the error is :
invalid command name "bind"
while executing

"::InstallJammer::InitInstall"

after i ./PyRx-0.9-Linux-x86-Install, i the pyRx was installed. but the warning come out.
(python:5148): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -5 and height 18

and a dialog box of wxPython:stdout/stderr show:/usr/local/PyRx-0.9/lib/python2.6/site-packages/EnthoughtBase-3.0.4-py2.6.egg/enthought/etsconfig/etsconfig.py:343: UserWarning: Environment variable "HOME" not set, setting home directory to /tmp
(environment_variable, parent_directory))

please help me to resolve them. thank you
