Thank you for the attached figure file Paddy. I'm glad to see PyRx working fine under Ubuntu 12.04.

I have installed PyRx in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, but the program crashes showing similar errors to those commented in this post:

Code: Select all
(python:18678): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -4 and height 17

(python:18678): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -4 and height 17

(python:18678): Gtk-WARNING **: gtk_widget_size_allocate(): attempt to allocate widget with width -5 and height 17
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

However, I could not find ~/.mgltools/PyRx/.PyRx_Perspective* to remove it (?)

Is there another option?

Sorry about this Segmentation fault. Is it 64-bit system and what kind of graphics card drivers does it have installed?

I have setup PyRx Helpout at https://helpouts.google.com/106416594206743737486. Use my code SARKIS16J to get $25 towards your first Helpout.
