Hi,
We have a 64-core workstation (4 processors with 16 cores each) and
would like to use all the processors in a single VINA job.
We specified 64 with the "cpu" command, and submitted the vina job using a PBS script
that allocates all 64 cores to the job, but when the job runs it only uses 8 cores.
How can we utilize all the computing cores?
Thanks,
Ravi

To detect how many CPUs vina discovered, would you please run vina using this command line?
vina --receptor /dev/null --ligand /dev/null --center_x 0 --center_y 0 --center_z 0 --size_x 5 --size_y 5 --size_z 10 --log test_log.txt

Next please post the resulting 'test_log.txt'...[ which should contain a line like this one: "Detected 2 CPUs"]

Thanks,
Ruth
