I am trying to run VINA on my very own laptop on Windows Vista, Home Premium inter i7 core processor.

I cannot get VINA to run as it gives me because as soon as I type in the cmd
C:\Users\Usha> "C:\Program Files (x86)\The Scripps Institute\Vina\vina.exe"

The system cannot find the path specified
error crops up.

I have added the path to environment variables, I have modified the permissions on the VINA folder to give full control to "users"

No avail. HELP

Here is a video I made to show how to do just that. It is in Spanish but I think that action speak louder than words.
