Hi all,

Are Vina or autodock capable of doing RNA-ligand docking reasonable well, I know there are attemps to do that (for example Detering and Varani, J. Med. Chem. 2004, 47, 4188-4201), but I wonder if the success is good and if there are specific developments in this are or parameters that should be used.

Additionally, are there tutorials specifically designed for this purpose?
