Hi everyone,
I have been studying about molecular docking using AutoDock Vina. My target has been acetylcholinesterase (protein) and its inhibitors (ligand).
However, I have tried to work with some biomimetic molecules. Therefore, I would like to know if Autodock Vina could be used to dock
biomimetic molecules with the same protein's inhibitors.
