I cannot get vina to run.

In the tutorial video- he has vina running off the command line: "X\The Scripps Insitute\Vina\vina.exe"

I have vina installed in Programs (x86) on my computer

I can call the following path on my computer:
"\Program Files (86)\The Scripps Institute\Vina\" and in the directory I see vina.exe, however I can't get it to run. Since it's not a file or direcotry I can't get it in the path such as

"\Program Files (86)\The Scripps Institute\Vina\vina.exe\ as was the path in the video

Can someone offer any advice?

Actually you can do all this a lot easier if you add vina in the path enironment variable. To do this follow this path (more or less; I don't use Windows in English):

Right click on PC-> Properties-> Advanced system configuration-> Search for Environment variables under Advanced options tab-> Look for Path Variable in System Variables-> Click on Edit and add ";C:\Program Files (x86)\The Scripps Research Institute\Vina" at the end of the variable value (if this is the pathway for vina in your computer). DON'T ERASE THE VALUES THAT ARE ALREADY THERE.

If you have done it right, when you open cmd and write vina, it should return you the help page. Now you can run vina from everywhere without quoting that big pathway. Now, when you are going to run vina, just go to the folder where you have the files, and run "vina --config (conf-file-name).txt ......blah blah blah" (without the quote marks) as if the program where in that folder and it should run just fine.

Can anybody please help me in either running Vina in Pymol plugin (http://wwwuser.gwdg.de/~dseelig/adplugin)
or using autodocker, viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1495 ??
I have already mailed to their founders a while ago, but no response yet ??
