I'll start by posting the error message from the Python console. Ahem~

Code:
Python 2.5.6 (r256:88840, Oct 26 2012, 16:44:06)
[GCC 4.0.1 (Apple Inc. build 5465)] on darwin
Type "copyright", "credits" or "license()" for more information.

I'm running AutoDockTools 1.5.6 on a 2015 MacBook Pro with El Capitan 10.11.6 (15G1212). I'm fairly new to using MacOS for scientific applications, having no prior experience with XQuartz, either. While I plan to move to a CentOS workstation in the longer term, I'd still like to run ADT on this particular laptop from time to time. Does anyone have any insight into this error? I've seen a handful of posts across the web citing similar issues with AutoGrid, but no definitive fixes.
