I am running Autodock 4.2.5.1 and MGLTools 1.5.6 on a Windows 7 PC. The protein is rather large, Topoisomerase II Beta, PDB code 4J3N, around 1600 a.a., which I think contributes to the error message that I get. Everything runs fine, but when I am trying to analyze the docking results via the "show interactions" option, I get the following error message in the Python shell:

Do you guys have any suggestions as to how I can get around this problem? Is it a hardware problem where my PC does not have enough memory/computational power, or can it be fixed some other way?

Thanks for the help and I am looking forward to hearing from you guys about this.

Best regards,

Mihai Truica

I managed to get rid of the MG HYB type error, no there are no apparent errors, but message is the same. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
