Hello everyone,

I was running the AutoDock under GUI last night. I finished preparing all the ligand file, receptor file, and the parameter file according to the manual. However, when I was just running the AutoDock, I got error report as following:

My system is Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and the python version is 2.7.3. I have a feeling maybe the problem is the python version is too new??? Or there might be some othre problems.....

Could enyone help me to figure it out?

Many thanks! :)

Best wishes,
