Dir Sirs,

I have used AutoDock and other packages since almost 4 years but now I am facing very serious problem. After installation of MGL Tools when I opened molecule I recived following information:
Python 2.5 (r25:51908, Sep 19 2006, 09:52:17) [MSC v.1310 32 bit (Intel)] on win32
Type "copyright", "credits" or "license()" for more information.

Additionally, in AutoDock Tools window I got following message:
Warning (from warnings module):

code - interpreting them as being unequal

This is for version 1.5.4. I tried to install 1.5.6 version but the error occured again.

Have you got any advices? Thank you in advance for any hepl
