Hi everyone, when we prepare receptor for docking , after adding hydrogen and repair the receptor it shows some amino acids are in close contact, we can ignore this if it is not in active site, but how to solve this when its in active site? what tools we have to use? and how?
Thank you for the suggestion in advance.
