Dear all,

I could successfully run autodock and in the end I got successful completion as well. But while analysis , i got attribute error "Docking instance has no attribute 'LigMol'. Also I have attached a copy of that error to make sure that I am following right instructions for this kind of error. So i followed instructions as mentioned in the forum :

But then I get another problem, attached with this post, It is not an error, it says update aborted because it cannot connect with mgl1.scripps.edu. Kindly help me with this. I do no understand now what to do.

The problem is solved now, it was because of connectivity issues in internet and so it was not connecting to mgl scripps server, but now i can see my analysis in ADT.
