Dear all,

First of all I am a new user of autodock. I have read all the manuals and I've tries to follow everything as in tutorials. Indeed I performed one docking. After that I updated to MGL_1.5.6RC3 release. When I am trying to create the pdbqt file I get the following error:

I would be glad if you could tell me what to do. I also tried to create a sitecustomize.py but maybe in the wrong way.

Could you please help me?
