I've installed Autodock Tool in my linux (Ubuntu 64-Bits) system bu when i try running from terminal the program sarta but returns me the following message and then the window closes:

Run ADT from /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/AutoDockTools
could not import _glextlib
Enable VBO: False

Any solutions?

Suenas a latino pero en ingles por si las moscas. Autodock Tools is available in the repositories for Ubuntu if my memory doesn't fails, so I hope you've installed it from there. Anyway, it seems like you have a library missing or something like that. I would search for glextlib everywhere to find what does this give you in return. Maybe in Synaptics you can find something about it? Just guessing but hope it helps.
