Hi everyone,
I want to change one of the amino acid residues in protein to cysteine. Then label fluorescein-5-maleimide to that cysteine residue. Is it possible to do it in ADT? Thanks!!

Hi,

I don't think ADT is the right tool for what you want to do. There are specifi tools for mutating single residues (Swiss-PdbViewer) and model special residue/ligand bonds (Avogadro).

Hope this helps,

Stefano
