I have got error while installing MGLTools-1.5.6rc1-Setup, when I start run the .exe file, it show
Error: Error in action Execute Action, I have also attached error icon below, please help me out tell me what to do

My guess is that you don't have internet connection on that machine. You'll need to use the zip file if you are having problems with standalone installer. Please read troubleshooting instructions here and let me know if that answers your question:
